Refund Policy

Entry fees for KIN PADEL LEAGUE — Budapest Open are charged and refunded by the organizer, Milano Unique Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Milano Unique Kft.), registered seat 1083 Budapest 08. ker. Corvin sétány 8. 4. emelet 14. ajtó, Hungary, törzsszám 32706372. Entry fees are paid by bank transfer; refunds, where due, are returned to the account the payment came from.

Cancelling 5 or more days before the event

The entry fee is not returned to your account. The full amount is kept as a credit for your pair, which can be put towards entry to any future KIN PADEL LEAGUE event. The credit stays with the pair: it can be used by the same two players, or by a pair in which one of you is replaced by a substitute. Email us before you register for the next event and we will apply the credit to that entry.

Cancelling less than 5 days before the event

If your pair registered earlier than that and cancels inside the last 5 days, the entry fee is not refunded, and no credit is issued. By that point the draw, the schedule and the catering are already fixed around your pair. If you registered inside those 5 days, the next section applies to you instead.

If you registered less than 5 days before the event

Registration stays open past the 5-day mark, so a pair signing up inside the last 5 days would otherwise have no cancellation window at all. Instead, the same rule applies to you as to an early cancellation: the entry fee is not returned to your account, but the full amount is kept as a credit for your pair towards any future KIN PADEL LEAGUE event — usable by the same two players, or by a pair in which one of you is replaced by a substitute. Let us know before the event day; a pair that simply does not appear is covered by the section below.

No-show on the event day

The entry fee is not refunded, and no credit is issued.

If a pair is removed from an event

If the organizer removes a pair from an event on the grounds set out in the Terms of Service — false information about a player's identity or level, an unapproved substitute, unsporting or abusive conduct, damage to the venue, or a safety risk — the entry fee is not refunded, and no credit is issued.

If we withdraw your place through no fault of yours

If the organizer reduces the size of the field, downsizes an event, or declines an entry after the audit described in the Terms of Service — anything other than the conduct covered by the section above — your pair chooses between a full refund to the account the payment came from and a credit towards a future KIN PADEL LEAGUE event.

If we cancel the event

If the organizer cancels an event outright, the entry fee is refunded in full to the account the payment came from. If the event is postponed instead, your entry carries over to the new date; if that date does not work for your pair, you can choose either a full refund or a credit towards a future KIN PADEL LEAGUE event.

Statutory withdrawal right

KIN PADEL LEAGUE events are leisure services supplied on a specific, stated date. Under point (l) of Section 29(1) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) — which implements Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights — the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract for a leisure service tied to a specific performance date. The terms set out above apply instead, and the organizer offers them voluntarily. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under Hungarian law.

Requesting a refund or using a credit

Write to kin.padel.crew@gmail.com from the address used at registration, including the names of both players and your payment reference. Refunds are returned to the account the payment came from.
