What we collect
- Name, email address and phone number of each registering player and their partner.
- A link to each player's external rating profile (Playtomic, RankedIn, Padel, PadelGO), or the description of their level they provide instead.
- Optionally, how the player heard about the tournament.
How we use it
This data is used to process registration, communicate about the tournament, and seed the draw fairly.
Payments
Entry fees are paid by bank transfer to the organizer's account. No card details are collected on this site, and the organizer never sees or stores them. The payment reference shown to you is generated by us and appears on the organizer's bank statement alongside your transfer, which is how a payment is matched to a registration.
Storage
Registration data is stored in a secured spreadsheet for the purpose of organizing the tournament.
